BITTA Artist Development Program
BITTA LLC is the leading music development and entertainment brand of the Carolinas. We are an organization dedicated to empowering creatives by providing them with the resources, knowledge, support, and training to effectively meet their goals and take their talents to the next level. In collaboration with Exquisite Enterprises Inc., we have created an engaging 6 month Artist Development Program, in which we plan to work with local musicians, giving them the knowledge and tools they need to be successful.
We are an organization that was founded on the dreams of a local artist, Da Kashmere. His more than 10 years of experience in the industry have given him the education and experience he’s needed to be recognized and admired around the country and the Carolinas. Our goal is to empower unsigned local musicians and arm them with the proper guidance and foundation they need to reach their success. No matter if its to be signed by a major label, to gain more fans or followers, or to create a strong and clear brand, this program is designed to help put artists in a position to do all of these and more.
Each month of the program, we’ll meet in person with these individuals for workshops, with the focus being on a different topic each time. We’ll have various industry experts to come in and speak to the participants, teaching and answering any questions, as well as conducting reinforcing activities on these topics. While we will only be meeting in person twice a month, we will be conducting weekly conference calls to further expand on these topics and work with them. Although it is not guaranteed, additional opportunities may present themselves for participants to perform, record, and collaborate with any number of brands around the Southeast Region.
At the end of the program, participants will have the full support of BITTA, as well as access to, and relationships with, more than a dozen promoters, DJs, producers, major label representatives, and national organizations. Participants will be given the opportunity to sign with BITTA Records, but are not required to.
